Rules

So everyone could enjoy their visit, we kindly ask you to follow the next rules:

• Check-in 16:00
• Check-out 12:00
•  NO SMOKING at home and on the terrace!
• Before leaving make sure that next things are done:
  • throw trash in the outside bin;
  • place can and bottles to the bin, placed on the terrace;
  • make the dishes;
  • clean grill (in case of use).
• Parking on the property only!
• Palume mitte viia mööbli majast välja.
• Please do not take furniture out from the house.
• Please be polite to the neighbours and don’t be loud after 22:00.
• Before leaving, please put the keys in the key holder on the fence.
• In case of violation, you will have to pay an expense in the amount of 100€.
• Please take care of the property. In case of damage, you will have to compensate for the broken item in the amount of its value.
